We have a NO REFUND policy due to the nature of Solo Advertising, once we have distributed your Advertisement, we have delivered the service for which you agreed to pay for.

In the rare circumstance that the advertised clicks/leads were not delivered we will happily re-distribute your advertisement until the paid for quota has been met and your satisfaction has been guaranteed.

However, refunds can be requested dependent upon circumstances and only after review by our customer support team.
